Hypnosis and Exercise?
I recently had a workout regime drawn up especially for me by my personal trainer, I've been doing it for the last couple of weeks but now I think I'm losing my motivation, I've fallen off workouts and diets before but I really would like to stick to this one since I paid so much money for it, I heard about Hypnosis and I was wondering if anyone had been or is it possible to be hypnotized while you exercise?
nope never heard of it... 1st of all believe in yourself, no ones gonna do it for you..... the motivation you need is to see what you used to look like and what you want to look like and get there....if you have or want kids would let them give up??
