When I lose weight, why does it only come off from the waist down?
I'm an active person, I play basketball, walk, work out in the gym a few days a week, and have a health diet (for the most part). I'm curious to why I can only lose weight from the waist down, example, my legs, hips, butt, thighs. I've always said I'm built like a muffin and I would love to change that. So if anyone has any workout tips or changes I could try to make to my diet, that would be great! Thanks!
i too have the same issue with lose weight in those areas first!! i have started a more vigorous workout routine lifting weights and stuff like that!! try that lots of times when ur body gets use to something u have to take it up a notch!!
