How to reduce loose skin/flab when losing weight/fat?
I'm 13, I was 5'4 and 155lbs, now I'm 5'6 and 130, I'm not really caring about weight loss but more fat loss. I workout all the time got good muscles ect. But I got loose skin everywhere? Including over my abs. Like when I bend over it hangs down, kinda fun to play with though, like, like playdough. How could I reduce my playdough?
I know it reduces over time, it took me about 2/3/4 months?
You lost too much, too quickly. At this point, I would reccomend seeing a doctor or family physician. If it comes to it, surgery may be the only answer. That said, congratulations on you success!
