Weight Watchers Online?

For those who currently use Weight Watchers online can you please tell me how? There are several years I did Weight Watchers and went to meetings regularly. Then, my program was stirred and moved and have not been disciplined since then. Looking back at the beginning, but I want to do online at this time. Can anyone tell me 1. You still need to go buy the starter kit with the Dining Out Companion Food and accompanying full or all this information online and 2. Is this information the same and more meetings of this kind without face to face and weighing? THANK YOU!

This is basically the same, but I think there is something motivating about actually going to the meetings. I was on Weight Watchers for a couple of years, and tried have to do as a first line ... but I have not had any success. As a result, I like to go and scale to meet me and said, "Good job!" WW Online is great, because they have all kinds of tools available for use ... a meal planner, recipe detector, a tracker of points, a loss tracking weight, etc. They even have message boards you can chat with other people who have the same problems you do. This is essentially the same as the meetings but you have to do it yourself. If you have the dedication and commitment to do ... then you're a stronger person than me! Good luck!
