What kind of success have you found with Weight Watchers and/or Curves?
Ladies-- I'm thinking about trying them together and wondering if anyone has tried this and what their success rate was. I'm already a member at Curves, but I'm not sure if I want to spend the money on Weight Watchers or just try dieting on my own. What has given you the most success?

I have done weight watchers off and on for years. It is a great program. I have lost 50 pounds and I fluctuate a lot with my last 10 pounds. Sometimes I get off track and gain the weight but eveytime I re-start the program I succeed. I would recommend it to anyone!!!!
