Will stretching sore muscles make them bigger or smaller?

Will stretching sore muscles make them bigger or smaller? will the lactic acid build up causing the soreness make my muscles bigger if I leave it there? or if I stretch it away will it increase my muscle size or heed it?

Stretching a muscle that has been worked out will help to get rid of the lactic acid and increase the volume of which blood can flow through your veins and arteries, meaning more nutrients can be provided to help replinish glycogen stores (energy-carbs) and build the muscle back (protein). In essence, it will help you get bigger. But it really depends on your diet and the weight of which you are lifting. Don't expect to get big if you aren't breaking a sweat. If every exercise feels 'light' then it is not challenging enough for your muscles to grow.
