How do I make a Strawberry and Banana Smoothie?
Please help me. I want to know how to make a strawberry and banana smoothie with out no sugar and no juice! PLEASE HELP ME! THIS MEANS ALOT TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!
My son loves this:
You will need:
about 8 strawberries, washed and stalks removed
2 ripe bananas, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 tbsp runny honey
500ml cold milk
Put the fruit, honey and about half the milk into an electric blender and blend until smooth. Add the rest of the milk and blend thoroughly again. Do not over-blend or the mixture will become too frothy. Hope you like this : )
