Does Liquid soft-Gel green tea really helps burn fat?

I just purchased "Liquid Soft-Gel Green tea" fat burner... did any one tried this product?..i want to know if this product cause any side effects.......... does this really helps burn fat? if i stop taking it after using 30 or 40 liquid soft gel green tea, does it effect my weight? .......
i run and workout 5-6 days a week......i take protein to build muscles........i am 19 years old.....weight 195....... 5'10....and i dont mind if i gain more weight but i just want to burn fat and build muscles......so tell me any other natural products that can help me burn fat
