is slender shaper effective in toning your abs?
i am planning to buy it.. i have a problem in toning my abs so if you colud help me.

I bought an ABS shaper before and recently I bought also the Slender Shaper. The effect will depend on the person (even on TV commercials it says so). This depend on how much time you spend with it. I'm doing mine every night before going to sleep taking both of these and spend it half an hour for each (so 1hour a night). With a match of some simple stretching of arms and legs and body twisting. You can see the result after a week of use. And constant using/exercise will give more effect as your body figure will slowly change each day. To see if there is an effect, you may use a tape measure to measure your waist daily after a week of using it and health meter/bath scale.
