What do u do when u can't hardly run a half a mile and really want to get in shape?
i have such a problem when i try and run. i have like mad issues or something cuz i suck. i'm an active person and i LOVE sports but i want to run for my healths sake in the future and be nice and truly in shape. and just can't run!!! IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE THAT IS JUST AS GOOD? i love working out just not running ofcourse. uhhh helpppp
If you hate running you will not get in the shape you want from running.
Find something you like to do and do more of that. For instance, brisk walking burns about 100 calories per mile. It obviously takes longer to walk a mile than run a mile, but you can definitely get in shape by walking.
Cycling is great too. You'll burn about 50-60 calories per mile. And you'll develop great legs.
