Is it allowed to mix my protein shake mix whole milk?
I have been using the combination of proteins with the recent water and they taste really bad and terrible and I was wondering if it's better if mixed with whole milk.
Milk certainly makes protein drinks taste better. If you are Young, excess fat in the milk will not hurt. You may want to consider using skim milk. Better yet, use soy milk. Cow's milk usually has hormones that can alter the chemistry of your body a great disservice.
