I heard that the new Sensa weight loose program REALLY WORKS. but unfortnatly its wayy to high. Do you know of any weight program that works just as evectivly but it doesn't cost much?
What do you think about weight watcher?
And diet pills together?
mabey some pills you can buy at an everyday story for no more that 25 dollars.
Im in school now so I have gym every other day for about an hour. is that all the exercise I need?
Please help. I need specific details on What to use to loose weight, how much excersize you need, where to get it, how much it is?

First of all, DO NOT take diet pills, they can lead to problems such as heart attack and failure. My mom and sister went on weight watchers went on it but only stayed on it for about 2 weeks because they found eating a regular diet and exercising produced more results. I currently have the exercise program P90X. It is around 140$, but the results i've gotten are amazing. But you have to stick with it.
For regular dieting...
Keep a journal everyday of your calorie intake and make sure you burn at least those calories off. When working out, be sure to let your muscles rest.
