What I can do to increase my willpower to go on a diet?
For me, going on a diet is hard, I can not stop eating when I'm angry or upset. I lost my confidence!
I had this problem too, I did not fail to start. Once I start, I am well. Why not resolve that tomorrow will start your diet and exercise routine. Write it down, tell people. Go shopping for healthy options you choose. Get rid of junk food! Fantasizing about how they look and how your life will change for the better.
