okay everyone, I have a question about nutrisystem nourish.?
I was wondering if anyone has had a bad experience with the foods on the nutrisystem nourish program. now I'm not talking about the fact that they don't really taste all that great, but i guess what I wondering is if anyone has had a psychological effect when eating these dinners? I tried out the nutrisystem program 2 days ago willing to stick to it to try to lose weight, and for the past 2 days I have been in a terrible mood. feeling very angry, depressed and irratable. i didn't feel this way until I started eating nutrisystem food. Today, I decided I would just have a bowl of campbells broccoli cheese soup instead of a nutrisystem dinner and mentally I actually felt better. i didn't feel so angry and irritaded as before. I'm wondering now if there is an ingredient in the nutrisystem dinners that somehow messes with your mental senses. So has this happened to anyone of you or does anyone know anything about this happening to other people. i would appreciate your inputs.
I would never eat those things because of the chemicals, sugars and basically "fakeness" of the ingredients. If you try to pronounce some of the ingredients, you can't! Who knows what they are??
I personally can no longer eat ANY packaged foods because I've been free of junk/processed foods for 6 months now. Even a diet soda makes me weird, I just can't eat that kind of stuff. I'll have a giant salad topped with a can of tuna over a box of fake food any day! Sorry, but nutrisystem, lean cuisine, jenny craig-- all those things-- are pretty unhealthy!
