What are good snacks and meals that help me gain weight and portein?
ok, so basically I am a 16 year old Weighing only 126 pounds. I'm not anorexic or anything but I have only a high metabolism solidarity. I need some good food and snack to have to help up weight and protein into muscle i can .. please help, only that everyone knows who eat a lot of things like meat and everything you eat a steak a day and two slices of pizza every 2 days
drink a gallon of milk every week eating cheese vat a week eat two chicken breasts one day lifting weights and taking creatine eat 250 calories every 2 hours a day 6times
