I was 8 months pregnant and in a car accident I have done 7 months of Physio and Massage they offered me $4000?
I was in the passanger side we had pulled over into someone drive way I needed to drop something off in the mail box. The car had stoped and I had takin off my seat belt and was about to get out of the car. When we where rear ended. The lady that hid us took full fault for that accident. I was takin to the hospital on a strecher with a neck brace I had whip lash and my head was hurting. Me and baby where monitored for 5 hrs. Baby was fine. I am doing physio and massage still 7 months later and still having pain. My adjuster offered me $4000 and I am not evan feeling better yet. What should I do? How much should I ask for?
