I guess I'm so impatient when I do not see results fast enough. What are good tips to increase fat loss!
That question is too broad to answer. It all depends on what your goals are. And as for that other person tells you the amount of calories you eat, it's ridiculous. It is impossible to make a correct calculation of the amount of calories you should eat without knowing how much you weigh, how tall are you and what your current body fat.
