i have purchased wu long tea from nanchang, but how to take for slimmimg?
I want to reduce weight want to take wulong tea but i do not know how to take please explain
Put it in hot water (either heat some on the stove or in the microwave) & put the tea bag in & let it steep for 3 to 4 minutes. If you need to add something to make it taste better, add some lemon juice/crystals (like True Lemon ). Not only will the lemon make it taste better, but, it will also help in your weight loss efforts ( I add it to my green tea all the time). Since you are just starting it, just try to drink 1 cup a day. Once you get used to it (& any effects) add another one (so you have 1 in the mid morning & 1 in the mid afternoon). I wouldn't have more than 2 cups a day of that stuff, though. Make sure you are drinking more than the normal 8 glasses of water in a day, though, with it b/c the tea can possible dehydrate you, so you need to drink 2 extra glasses of water a day for every 1 cup of tea. Just whatever you do, do NOT add any milk or sugar. Sugar (or any additive with sugar in it) will counteract your weightloss efforts & the milk will destroy the anti-oxidents in the tea.
