
Conjugated Linoleic Acid For Weight Loss
In 1978 Dr. Michael Pariza was in the middle of some cancer research when he discovered something we now call conjugated linoleic acid. He noticed 2 things that were very interesting about conjugated linoleic acid:
1) It seemed to reduce body fat.
2) It seemed to preserve muscle.
