Actually, I just recently found out about the Mediterranean Food Pyramid and have started myself and family on it, and the people who go by it are the longest and healthiest living people on Earth. They eat Red meat only ONCE a MONTH, fish and chicken a couple of times a week, and mostly vegetables, grains, and pasta the rest of the time.
