What is a healthy weight for my body and activity?

I'm 5'4 and 130 pounds. I have lots of muscles, However, because playing college hockey and lacrosse field. I also run a team in my school of ski racing where we have to do weight training. I eat very healthy (no red meat or sugar) and always eat a ton of fruits and vegetables. Also, how can I lose weight without losing muscle?

You have a healthy weight. A 5'4, nothing close to 110/145lbs is healthy ... and may weigh more if you are very active (muscle weighs three times more body fat). You can still have a healthy weight to 150 pounds if you have a lot of muscle mass strong. At 130 pounds, which is right where it should be, but I think your question is not your weight in the balance, but their self-esteem and body image. It can weigh 110 pounds, be thin and healthy if the fat thin (NWO Obeso normal weight), not exercising and having a high BFP (fats) due to lack of muscle mass. I eat healthy, active ... are probably not your plate. Some women athletic feminine look, not least because they have breasts BFP small and buttocks and core muscles which have more size do not have the hourglass figure of the feminine ... but still, you can see this because it is strong and Loose, no. Add to the mix of confidence and you better.
