Quick trim extreme burn diet how to use it?

How to use it and how much does it cost? Do you lose the weight in your stomach only or where else? How many pills do you have to take?

I just bought quick trim iso am/pm 14 day cleanse at cvs for $40. I think it's $60 at cvs....i read alot of reviews before buying it and i got scared because everyone was saying they were feeling nausea. I've been taking it 4 days now and it's a total of 8 pills a day. I love it so far...i have no side effects, i'm not really hungry either...It's just hard to break away from the habit of eating when bored. I have been peeing NON STOP! (which is a good thing) It suggests that you drink a gallon of water a day and it also includes a 2 week diet plan that i feel is a little harsh. It's an 800 calorie a day diet which is totally uncalled for. I am kind of doing my own thing...i eat fruit, veggies, plain oatmeal...egg whites, chicken breast, tuna...umm TONS of water..turkey...and for days when i am very hungry i got a couple 400 calorie smart ones. Eliminating bread and cheese and sugars you'll immediately loose weight regardless of if you are following the 800 calorie diet or not. Today i have been going to the bathroom alot. I guess the colon detox is kicking in. I am happy about it. I feel less bloated. I haven't weighed myself at all but i know i lost at least 3 pounds so far just by the way my clothes fit. I think this is a great jump start for eating healthy and as long as you exercise you will see a tremendous difference!! The only negative for me is i do not feel a ton of energy but that's probably because i work at a busy salon and i am used to slamming down tons of coffee and red bulls everyday....these pills don't have nearly that much caffeine in them but if you aren't used to drinking coffee then you'll totally feel the energy.
