How do you know how many points to have on the weight watchers Diet?
I have the formula to figure out how to calculate the points from the food you eat on weight watchers-but how do you know how many points your suspossed to have in a day?
I used to be a member of weight watchers. How many points you have in a day depends on how much your current weight is right now. So say if I weigh 100 lbs more than you do, I would have more points that I would have to eat every day than you would. When you joined you should have been given a booklet with the point system in it. Ask your local Weight Watchers Center about it, it is very helpful. I wish you much luck with the diet!!
