Does anyone have the recipe for making sweet tea for Chinese Wedding Tea Ceremony?
Does anyone have the recipe/instructions on how to make sweet tea for serving during a Chinese Tea Ceremony? I know I need dried longons with the shell, lotus seeds and red dates? I also heard that "pak hup" is used but I don't know what they look like. Does anyone have photos of pak hup? Thanks!
