How similar is P90X Extreme Shawls? If you've used both, what are the pros Shawls and cons of Extreme. I like P90X but I have a little more variety. It did not take well to Turbo Jam, which were too smiling and false ... is the personality Chale different sages Chalene Extreme?
Shawls Extreme is a 90-day program that focuses on the concept that muscle burns fat. It is also divided in three phases Phase 1: Start BURN weightlifting to start your metabolism.
