How many 250 miligram Amino Acid suppliment capsules equal 1.2 grams?

My print out about my amino acid supplement says studies show that doses of over 1.2 grams per day causes issue within studies conducted, the product says that each capsule is 250 Miligrams each, how many pills a day can be taken before it is 1.2 grams?
Since one gram contains 1000 miligrams, 4 capsules will equal one gram. If you add another capsule, it becomes 1.25 miligrams which means it will exceed 1.2 grams by 0.05 grams or 50 miligrams. So 4 pills can be taken at max as it is still less than 1.2 grams. Exceeding this quantity may lead you towards more than 1.2 grams...
