How much water and vinegar is used to cleanse the body?
I've heard of the water and vinegar to clean the body, but do not know the reasons. If you knows, please let me know!
Not sure of the depth of what you want "clean", but there is a much safer and more enjoyable, very popular in the East (China, Japan), which is to take about 2 cups (~ 500 ml) of pure water at room temperature, just after waking, and only start eating 'solid' about 30 minutes after waking. For older people (Like me, 61 +) you could go with less water, about 250 ml or more, and do not need to drink in one step. I, f. ex., 250 ml + Abot drink in about 15 minutes. It is very useful "starting" the "terminal" process of digestion!
