What can i do to get a good bikini body by summer?
Ive got a long time to go for summer, but i want to get my body looking good in a bikini. I only weigh about 100 pounds, but its just not in shape. What can i do to get it?
I mostly want to work on my thighs
Increase your daily protein intake to about 50 grams. Or, if you're already above that mark, add another 50% more protein.
You could safely consume 200 grams of carbs per day as well.
Going for a run or walk every day will help tone your muscles as well. If you can, join a gym and speak to a personal trainer.
I think the protein combined with moderate exercise will work for you for now, but don't neglect your carb intake, and consider joining a gym if none of this works.
