How do I lose the massive tyre around my waist! I'm a 24 year old female with a massive waistline.... help.
My waist is around 45 inches, and cardio and the variety make me lose weight, but not around the waist, which makes the waist look even bigger. Its a horrid mass of jiggly stretchmarks. I'm overweight, but with a bulk of the fat centred around my belly. What would make it go away? Sauna belt? Massage? Crunches? Diet?
Unfortunately there is no way to lose weight only in one particular location. Crunches will strengthen abdominal muscles but won't cause you to lose weight. Only regular exercise can cause overall weight loss which will include lost weight from that area.
Are you sure that it isn't leftover skin from when you were heavier? If that's the case, only surgery will remove it.
