14 yrs old taking Nu Slim Dieters Tea?
It's this diet tea that I found. I didn't mean to take it, but I did.
I usually take like a medium cup of tea every night. Usually it's green tea or jasmine tea. So, I saw the tea bags sitting there and I'm like okay lemme just grab one. What's there is mainly green tea. And the bag looked the same. So I took one. It smelled kinda... off, but i thought that i haven't taken green tea in a while and the flavor was always a little strong for me. So i took the tea. I did the same routine for like, 3 days. So today I found that Nu Slim Box and smelled it. It smelled like the same thing. I opened it and found the same looking tea bags. It said dietary supplements on the side... and now i'm just wondering - can i keep drinking this tea? or is it not safe? I read the direction things after, it said "not for children". Does children mean like..... 12 and younger? or... do i still count as a kid there? I feel fine... i'm not going to continue using it but i'm curious.
I should skip the Nu Slim if I were you. there is a warning on the site that it can give people diarrhoea and they suggest you should see your doctor before drinking it at all.
It's a weird mixture of herbs, has no FDA approval. I am well over 14 and I wouldn't touch it.
Drink any tea you like the taste of (normal tea I mean), but only because you like it. No tea will aid weight loss, it's just advertiser's talk to make money from a perfectly ordinary product.
