Why do you stop counting calories when your on the atkins diet?
It says in his book that you stop counting calories when your on the atkins diet. Why is this?
This diet has worked wonders with people and taking out almost all carbs would i guess give you the freedom to not have to watch other nutrition's that go into your body.I don't know if I gave you an answer but I did talk to a lot of people who have been on this diet and they have never counted calories and the pounds are falling off,it's amazing.Just read his book and do what he says and you too will lose weight.
